LedgerProof

Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies in 49 days.

Is your AI content ready? Run a free readiness scan of your public site. Every report is built to be cryptographically anchored and independently verifiable — anchoring goes live in a later phase; see the verification block on any report.

We fetch only public pages, honor robots.txt, and never scan authenticated areas. The scan reads signals — it does not store or publish your site.

The EU's draft Code of Practice expects at least two layers of machine-readable marking on AI-generated content, naming C2PA Content Credentials as one mechanism. C2PA travels inside the file — and strips when content is re-encoded or screenshotted. LedgerProof is the layer that survives: an independent, Bitcoin-anchored proof that exists outside the file and can't be quietly removed. Layer one marks. Layer two proves.

The EU AI Act's fines are tiered: up to €35M or 7% of worldwide annual turnover for prohibited practices, and up to €15M or 3% for transparency obligations like Article 50 (Art. 99(4)) — whichever is higher. See the full penalty table & timeline.
